Tom Morrison-Jones, Managing Director:
Tom is a project manager with an international background in the automotive and wind-farm energy sectors. With a career spanning sales and business management roles at Toyota owned Lexus GB and BMW owned Rover Group, Tom has performed assignments in the EMEA and Americas regions before founding Nudge Advisory in 2006. Tom completed his BSc(Hons) at University of Surrey, his MBA at Birmingham Business School and is a Member of the Institute of Business Consulting.



Russ Thomas, General Manager:
Russ joined the team in 2009 bringing a wealth of skill and knowledge from the automotive, agricultural and banking sectors. Russ’s automotive career includes roles in finance, marketing, sales and project management at Nissan, Rover and Chrysler. Russ has been responsible for programmes in UK, European and International markets; and completed his BSc(Hons) at University of Bristol.



Clive Williams, Homologation Engineer:
Also since 2009, Clive brings over 40 years engineering experience with Mercedes-Benz. As a Daimler trained engineer and German speaker, Clive's roles have included:
- Service Manager, Vehicle Preparation Centre Manager, Customer Relations Team Manager.
- 12 years responsibility for production and development team quality control of RHD vehicles across Daimler production plants in Germany, USA and South Africa.
- 5 years responsibility for homologation engineering, ensuring compliance with type approval regulations and optimisation of fleet CO² emissions and group insurance ratings.


Jonathan Ryan, Commercial Manager:
Since 2010, Jonathan has brought an extensive domestic and international business development background from the automotive, construction and environmental sectors. Jonathan's automotive career spans a number of prominent sales and marketing roles within BMW owned Rover Group; featuring core responsibilities for sales growth, profitability, brand awareness and customer satisfaction KPI's. Outside of the automotive industry, Jonathan has been responsible for a number of international environmental improvement projects and completed his BA (Hons) at Trinity College Dublin.
